We use your email address solely to notify you when VinoKwest launches and to send you early access invitations. Your IP address and user agent are collected for rate limiting, fraud prevention, and basic analytics.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Cloudflare D1, a serverless SQL database running on Cloudflare's global edge network. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time

GDPR & CCPA Compliance

We respect your privacy rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell your personal information. We only collect the minimum data necessary to operate the waitlist.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.
